THERE WERE 52 BRIDGES AND TRESTLES ON THE CLOUDCLIMBING ROUTE. MANY IN THE LOWER LA LUZ CANYON AREA ARE STILL STANDING. THIS TRESTLE IS AT THE ABANDONED RAILROAD TOWN OF EL VALLE.

The Cloudcroft New Mexico Rails to Trail chapter has designated this a  restoration project. The work has been completed. The rebuilt trestle dedicated.
